New QuikTrip on Hanley Before Richmond Heights Council

A proposed QuikTrip at 1530 S. Hanley Road is before the Richmond Heights City Council this week.

The Richmond Heights City Council meets at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Richmond Heights City Hall.

Public Hearings

  • Petition 2013-04 — Daniel Wagner, Manager of Rengaw, LLC, seeking Site Plan Review, Preliminary & Final Development Plan approval, partial street vacation of Hicks Avenue and lot consolidation to allow developmentof a retail center to be located at 1408 & 1500 S. Hanley Road.
  • Petition 2013-05 — Quiktrip Corporation, Alan Renner seeking Site Plan Review, Preliminary and Final Development Plan approval, Conditional Use Permit, lot consolidation  and street dedication to allow the installation of a convenience store and gas station at 1530 S. Hanley Road.

  • Bill No. 5370: Vacates partial street property in the City of Richmond heights generally described as a Tract of land 50’ wide by 110’ long of HicksAvenue.
  • Bill No. 5371: Approves final plat for boundary adjustmentCombining parts of adjacent Lots 68 & 69 of Rannell’s Subdivision of the Home Farm in Richmond Heights, MO into two lots, Lot 1 and Lot 2 at 1408 & 1500 S. Hanley Road for the purpose of building a retail center.
  • Bill No. 5372: An Ordinance approving a Site Plan Review and a Preliminary and Final Development Plan of a retail Center located at 1408 and 1500 S. Hanley Road in the City of Richmond Heights, MO.
  • Bill No. 5373: An Ordinance accepting a certain tract of land from Quiktrip Corporation the City of Richmond Heights, MO for the use as a public Right-of-Way to be designated as an extension of existing street known as Banneker Avenue
  • Bill No. 5374: Approves final plat for boundary adjustment consolidating several tracts of contiguous property into a tract of land designated “QuikTrip 647 Consolidated Plat” in the City of Richmond Heights, MO, to allow installation of a convenience store and gas station located at 1530 S. Hanley Road.
  • Bill No. 5375: An Ordinance approving a Site Plan Review and a Preliminary and Final Development Plan for the development and installation of a convenience store and gas station located at 1530 S. Hanley Road in the City of Richmond Heights, MO.
