Larry Conners Talks Dismissal, Next Steps
The former KMOV anchor and Clayton resident will appear on Fox 2's Jaco Report on Sunday
Clayton resident Larry Conners made his first post-KMOV television interview with Charles Jaco of Fox 2 News.
Conners was fired from KMOV-Channel 4 Wednesday after being pulled off the air last week.
The situation arose May 13 with a post from Conners on his Facebook page. In the posting, Conners said he faced pressure from the IRS after an interview with President Barack Obama. This after allegations surfaced that the IRS targeted conservative groups.

Conners told Jaco he is talking to his lawyers and his union. The St. Louis Post Dispatch reports that Conners' attorney Merle Silverstein asked KMOV officials to "carefully preserve and not destroy any and all papers, records and documents relating to Mr. Conners' employment and termination ..."
