Mary G. Wilson, Neighbor

Mary Guelker Wilson grew up in St. Louis, attended high school at St. Mary&#39;s Academy in O&#39;Fallon, and currently resides in Dardenne Prairie with her husband. Her 25-year career includes leadership roles in marketing communications for non-profit, public sector and corporate organizations, as well as serving as a correspondent for the <i>St. Louis</i><i> Post Dispatch, Suburban Journals </i>and <i>MidRivers Newsmagazine.  </i>

Mary holds a Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Mass Communication from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, is an Accredited Business Communicator by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and a 2007 graduate of St. Charles County&#39;s Vision Leadership program.   

When not writing for Patch, Mary enjoys social media, travel, photography, going to the movies and reading suspense novels.  She has two dogs, Casper and Wendy, adopted from the Humane Society.
