DWI Charge in Clayton is Man's Third Since 2000
The St. Louis County man received a suspended sentence of four years after pleading guilty in 2011 to a DWI.
A St. Louis County man faces his third DWI charge since 2000 after a Clayton officer pulled him over at 2:10 a.m. last Tuesday on Clayton Road. Police said the man’s blood-alcohol content measured at .243, more than three times the legal limit. Christopher Heil, 45, of the 1400 block of Willowbrooke in St. Louis County, was charged with driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, a class C felony. Heil previously pleaded guilty to DWI on June 28, 2011 and Jan. 25, 2000. He also pleaded guilty to driving with excessive blood-alcohol content on March 21, 2001.
