The Clayton Police Department reported the following incidents on its website. Sunday, Aug. 26 A bicycle was stolen from a home in Founders Way. It had been left unsecured in plain view. Tuesday, Aug. 28 A cellphone was stolen from a business in the 10 block of Gay Avenue. It had been left unattended in a public space.
