A Richmond Heights restaurant is among the 15 most anticipated restaurants to open in 2013, according to St. Louis Magazine. The Market at the recently reborn Cheshire Inn will serve breakfast, lunch and have take-out items, the magazine notes. When the Cheshire reopened, it announced that new restaurants would be coming to the space too. One of the restaurants, Basso, opened in mid-December and was reviewed by the Riverfront Times.
