$125 Million Hadley Retail Site Proposed
Pace Properties is seeking to open shops in the northern section of the Hadley Township Redevelopment Area in Richmond Heights.
St. Louis-based Pace Properties is seeking to develop a space of land located just south of The Heights and within Richmond Heights' Hadley Township neighborhood. Proposal documents submitted to the city in late February outline the company's vision for the area, including projected costs and community beautification. The area in question is north of Elinor Avenue and south of Dale Avenue. The city shrank the Hadley Township Redevelopment Area last year in an effort to attract developers to the area that includes a number of residential houses and several piece of city-owned property. Interesting. Thanks. I wish they had stated who they would bring in but I appreciate not having to go to the city clerks office to get a sense of the proposal. Is it too much to hope for a coffee shop of some kind (ideally independent or caribou coffee or something unique in st louis with some with personality (I know Kali's has too many other close locations so I figure they won't be included)?   more ›
