A system brought powder and strong winds to St. Louis.
A storm system brought snow and powerful winds into Clayton and Richmond Heights over the weekend. The National Weather Service projected that while precipitation would end on the afternoon of Dec. 12, frigid temperatures and wind gusts of up to 40 mph would continue into the night. Temperatures aren't expected to climb into the 30s again until Wednesday.
