$5 Million Prize Bid: To Help OASIS in Clayton, Vote on Facebook
Chase Community Giving will spread the money among close to 200 eligible nominated charities, the nonprofit organization stated in an email.
Clayton-based nonprofit OASIS is asking community members to cast votes on Facebook to help it win a portion of a $5 million prize. The funds are being offered by Chase Community Giving. OASIS offers low-cost educational programming to adults age 50 and older. It has more than 90,000 members in the St. Louis area. (Vote for OASIS on Facebook's Chase Community Giving page.) One charity will receive $250,000 for getting the most votes. Other organizations will get between $10,000 and $100,000 depending on how many votes they receive. Here's how to help: 1.
