Celebrity sightings will be abundant at Plaza Frontenac on Thursday, August 16, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. when the popular Saint Louis Crisis Nursery’s “Celebrity Waitresses’ & Waiters’ Night” takes over all four restaurants at the mall.
