Fiscal year 2012 budgets for Clayton and resurfacing on Wydown Boulevard were among the subjects discussed Tuesday by the city's Board of Aldermen. The following is a look at highlights from the meeting as it happened: 8:22 P.M.: Owens thanked his department heads, among them assistant finance director Betty Luebke, for their help in preparing the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
