P.F. Chang's China Bistro

Flag as Inappropriate

Inspired by Philip Chiang's West Hollywood restaurant, Mandarette, which featured small-portioned Chinese "grazing" dishes, restaurateur Paul Fleming conspired with Chiang to open a contemporary Chinese restaurant. P.F. Chang's first restaurant opened in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1992.

The decor is stylish, with a modern aesthetic and an Asian palette of reds and blacks. Get classic and modern Chinese cuisine, including lettuce wraps, crispy green beans, crab wontons, stir-fry combinations using beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck, seafood or vegetables, noodle and rice dishes and more.
