Funeral Service for Fontbonne Coach Lee McKinney Planned Saturday
The longtime basketball coach at the Clayton university died Monday morning.
Funeral arrangements have been made for longtime basketball coach Dr. Lee McKinney, an email shared by athletics director Maria Eftink states.
at his home in Florissant.
A candlelight vigil for McKinney is planned at noon Wednesday for Fontbonne faculty, staff and students, the email from athletics news director Brian Hoener states. It will happen in the gym of the Dunham Student Activity Center and is being hosted by the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
A visitation is planned from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. in St. Louis. A memorial ceremony celebrating McKinney's life will follow at 8 p.m.
A funeral is planned at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel.
