Wednesday, high school athletes in a variety of sports will be putting pen to paper and making official their pledge to play football, soccer, baseball and other sports at the college level. Particularly in the world of college football, "National Signing Day" has turned into something of a holiday for fans eager to find out if their favorite college program will get the top "blue-chip" recruits.
