New Elementary Principal is Ready to Lead

Jason Adams of Maplewood Richmond Heights Elementary School said he's spent the last few months talking with members of the school community.

Jason Adams, the new principal of , has written an open letter to families outlining his priorities in the leadership role.

Genuine relationships, clear and consistent communication, and a culture of academic excellence are important to him, Adams wrote.

That "every member of the community is accepted and viewed as a valuable member of the group effort" is also important, he said.

Adams started July 1. He filled the position left vacant with .
