The Clayton girls basketball team lost its only game of the week and fell to 0-6 on the season after a 53-50 loss at Ritenour on Thursday.
Stephanie Avery had 19 points and 11 rebounds, and teammate had 13 points and nine rebounds for the Greyhounds. But it wasn’t enough to get past a pesky pack of Ritenour Huskies.
This week, Clayton has games at Lutheran South on Monday; No. 6-ranked on Tuesday; and University City at home on Friday.
