The Dream, The Struggle, The Victory - Rudy Ruettiger

The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) – St. Louis Chapter, an organization of professionals in the financial services industry, are hosting Rudy Ruettiger on September 27, 2012.

You may better remember him simply as “Rudy” the man who wonthe hearts of many in merely 27 seconds. It was in those fewseconds that this unlikely University of Notre Dame football playercemented his name in the history books when he sacked theopposing team’s quarterback in the final play of the game.

Rudy’s story of hard work and perseverance has since been madeinto the famous 1993 movie “Rudy” which remains one of the mostloved sports movies of our time. He has embodied the ideology thatwhen you refuse to give up you can accomplish the impossible andhas become a symbol of success.
