SSM St. Mary’s Health Center provides free, monthly, open-to-the-public Diabetes Support Group sessions facilitated by our Certified Diabetes Educators. This support group is not only for individuals who suffer from diabetes, but for the friends and family of an individual suffering from diabetes.
6-7 p.m. | Second Tuesday of each month (Jan-April) SSM St. Mary’s Health Center Meeting Room 1 on the second floor
