Clayton High School Graduates Class of 2012
A ceremony for the 240 seniors happened Thursday night at Washington University.
Seniors from (CHS) celebrated four years of memories Thursday night.
Those present at the CHS graduation ceremony, held at Washington University, talked about change and the future.
“It’s sad,” said CHS senior Lauren Hill. “But we’ve had a lot of good memories. At the same time, moving on is a good thing.”

Hill plans to attend The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., in the fall. She is among the 240 seniors in the class of 2012.
“Clayton is a wonderful place to get an education,” parent Ginny Ribaudo said. “Most of the parents I know are looking forward to seeing their kids going on to college. When you’re a parent, something like this represents change.”

Ribaudo’s daughter, Carmen Ribaudo, also received a diploma.
Clayton senior Fergus Inder delivered a speech during the ceremony. He thanked his classmates, told them how much he appreciated them and said they should appreciate CHS.
He called the school an eclectic place that includes a diverse student body, and he talked about the future his classmates would share.
