Clayton Home Sales in 2012 Remain Strong

It may look like we are in a flat market in Clayton, but I think there is more to the story than what the numbers indicate.

It may look like we are in a flat market in Clayton, but I think there is more to the story than what the numbers indicate. In 2012, we saw multiple offers on several homes. There appears to be pent up buyer demand and we saw strong movement above $1M this year compared to 2011. Now that the national elections and fiscal cliff are behind us, I think we are in for a strong market in 2013.
