Comments: Hepatitis A records were complete by the follow-up inspection. The establishment also switched their bleach from scented to unscented, per an inspector’s request in January.

Comments: Hepatitis A records for employees were provided. An HACCP plan for sushi rice was also provided by the Feb. 26 visit. 

Harvest, 1059 S. Big Bend Blvd.
Inspection date: Feb. 5
Grade: A (100)
Comments: During a visit in January an inspector observed live roaches on a reach-in cooler. Some food items were being stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler, and fans and lights in a walk-in cooler had dust build-up. The facility has been working with a pest control company, according to the follow-up report.
