Phyllis Schlafly Endorses Akin for Senate

Her Eagle Forum—which includes a Clayton office—has backed Republican candidate Fred Sauer for Missouri governor.

A champion of conservative causes whose is located in Clayton is supporting Todd Akin in the Republican race for U.S. Senate, the St. Louis Beacon reported.

Quoting from the Beacon article:

"Conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly and the group she founded, Eagle Forum, are jumping into Missouri’s top two statewide contests with endorsements for U.S Rep. Todd Akin for the U.S. Senate and Fred Sauer for governor."
