Penny Engelsman voted Tuesday at in support of .

"I like municipal bonds," said Engelsman, a self-identified Democrat who is originally from Chicago. She said people don't understand that bonds are a great investment.

Cynthia Billingsley also voted Tuesday at the Center.

"I never miss an election," Billingsley said. She said she probably hasn't missed more than a couple of elections in the last 40 years.
