  • "Caller observed man at service window touching ready to eat/serve food with his bare hands. He moved eggs around on a plate and then took a dirty rag and wiped off the top of the plate. Caller also saw someone cutting up onions, then removing whipped cream from a customers plate (no gloves, no hand wash, bare hands) and replacing the cream with a larger portion. When callers food was presented she refused it and told the server why. Caller did note that woman in prep area had put on gloves but was still using a dirty rag to wipe off plated."
