  • "Mobile unit unavailable for inspection; spoke with owner and he stated that he mainly operates in the Jefferson County area and keeps his permit active in St. Louis County in case he decides to come to the area. Has not operated in St. Louis County for a couple of years. Owner did not want to bring his truck to St. Louis County office for an inspection due to the fact that it would be empty and nothing to see and did not want to spend the money in gas."
