Niche Liquor License Gets OK from Aldermen

It happened Tuesday.

A liquor license has been approved for restaurateur Gerard Craft's much-anticipated restaurants.

The Clayton Board of Aldermen on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve the license, which will be used at Niche and Pastaria by Niche. The restaurants will be housed at Centene Plaza, 7734 Forsyth Blvd.

Craft told aldermen that Pastaria is expected to open at the beginning of September, followed by Niche in late October or early November.
