Resolution to Extend Menards Project to be Considered at Richmond Heights Meeting

The city manager will update the council on the Menards project at the Monday night meeting.

The City of Richmond Heights City Council meets Monday night for a regular meeting. Here's a few of the items on the adgenda.

  • The city manager will provide an update on the Menards development.
  • An amendment to the law regarding disturbing funeral or burial services will be considered.
  • A resolution reappoints Deborah Chanasue as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Police & Firemen Retirement Fund.
  • A resolution calls for a Special Election to be held April 2, 2012 to elect a council member for District Three, filling the vacancy left by the resignation of Council Member Gina Mitten.
  • A resolution extends the time for Menard, Inc. to sign and fund a Preliminary Funding Agreement for the Southern portion of the Hadley Township Redevelopment Area.
