A domestic partnership registry won approval Tuesday night during a meeting of the Clayton Board of Aldermen, KSDK Channel 5 reported.
Quoting from the KSDK article:
"Clayton is the third municipality in St. Louis County to create a registry, and creates a system where same-sex couples as well as opposite-sex couples can make their relationship a matter of record."
