Clayton Group Wins Challenge Against MOSIRA

Missouri Roundtable for Life and other groups questioned the Missouri Science and Innovation Reinvestment Act in court, The Associated Press reported.

Clayton-based Missouri Roundtable for Life is among the organizations that have won a lawsuit challenging the legality of the Missouri Science and Innovation Reinvestment Act, The Associated Press reported Tuesday.

Quoting from the AP via St. Louis Public Radio:

"A Missouri trial judge has struck down a state fund designed to offer state incentives to science or technology companies."
