  • Hear a presentation from Lance LeComb, public affairs specialist for Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD). LeComb had been scheduled to speak to the council July 18 but had to leave because of a lengthy public comment session regarding backyard chickens.
  • Consider a request to extend temporary signage at University Club Tower.
  • Review playground recycled safety surface grant funds.
  • Discuss chicken permits.
  • Consider a resolution appointing Sandra Schwarztrauber to the Richmond Heights Memorial Library Board of Trustees for a term ending July 1, 2013.
  • Meet in closed session to discuss legal actions; leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body; hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of an employee of a public governmental body; and documents related to a negotiated contract.
