Aldermen Agenda: Wydown Resurfacing, Fiscal Year 2012 Budget

The Clayton Board of Aldermen is scheduled to meet Tuesday night.

The fiscal year 2012 operating budget and resurfacing on Wydown Boulevard are among the issues planned for review Tuesday night by the Clayton Board of Aldermen.

A discussion session is planned at 6:30 p.m. , followed by a regular meeting at 7 p.m. A complete agenda may be downloaded from Clayton's website. The following are highlights:

REGULAR MEETING

  • Public hearing on property tax levies for fiscal year 2012; on the operating and capital improvement budget for that year; and on a conditional-use permit for the 10 S. Brentwood Blvd. building
  • Consider ordinance to move forward with Wydown Boulevard resurfacing
  • Consider ordinance to move forward with streetscape project for Brentwood Boulevard and Carondelet Avenue
  • Consider ordinance to form an agreement for Community Development Blog Grant funds
  • Consider ordinance to amend city code regarding sales or displays of merchandise on highways, streets or sidewalks
  • Consider resolution to recommend support for CityRiverArch 2015 project
  • Consider resolution to nominate Cultural Festivals for 2012 State of the Arts Award
  • Make appointments to city boards and commissions
  • Hold a closed session related to legal issues; real estate and/or personnel; negotiation of a contract; and proprietary information, or a combination thereof.
