DISCUSSION SESSION (6:15 P.M.)

  • Review . Aldermen have been working for the past several weeks to clarify city code on the structure of these entities.


REGULAR MEETING (7 P.M.)

  • Hear a proclamation recognizing Sept. 17-23 as Constitution Week
  • Hold a public hearing to consider two items. The first is a resolution (No. 11-32) to approve a conditional use permit for a personal training facility at , 155 Carondelet Plaza. The second is an ordinance (No. 6278) that would in certain sections of the city zoned for commercial use.
  • Review a separate ordinance (No. 6279) that would amend another portion of city code regarding wine bars.
  • Consider approving an ordinance (No. 6272) that would adopt .
  • Consider approving an ordinance (No. 6273) that would adopt the operating and capital improvement budget for the 2012 fiscal year.
  • Review an ordinance (No. 6280) that would maintain city services regarding the .
  • Review an ordinance (No. 6281) that would amend the city manager's employment agreement.
  • Consider approving a liquor license for , 6451 Clayton Rd.
