Weird Crime: Intoxicated Woman Arrested After Big Bend Foot Tour

It happened after she received a police escort, the Richmond Heights Police Department reported.

An intoxicated woman who was denied access to a movie theater gave officers a run—or rather, a walk—for their money this summer, the reported.

It happened June 29. Police initially picked up the intoxicated suspect, age 37, at the AMC Esquire 7 movie theater after theater staff refused to admit her, police said. Officers brought her to the police station so that she could call someone to pick her up.

Police later received a call to check on the woman, who had wandered onto Big Bend Boulevard. At that point, she became uncooperative and was arrested of suspicion of disorderly conduct.

She received a summons before being released.
