Vehicle Break-Ins: Woodland Drive, Business Garages
The incidents happened recently in Richmond Heights, police said.
Vehicle break-ins have occurred recently at several locations, the reported.
On July 19, personal property was stolen during a vehicle break-in that occurred in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive. The victim returned home from a business trip at 1 a.m. and had left a suitcase in the car. Fingerprints taken from the car have been sent to a St. Louis County laboratory for analysis.
On July 21, a debit card and a digital camera were stolen during a vehicle break-in on the parking lot of the , 6706 Clayton Rd. The items had been left in the vehicle's center console.
That same day, cash, a GPS and two DVD players were reported stolen during a vehicle break-in at , 8040 Clayton Rd.
Also on July 21, a GPS and a wristwatch were reported stolen overnight during a vehicle break-in at the attached garage at Homewood Suites. The lock on the driver's door had been damaged. The items had been left in the vehicle's center console.
In a separate incident at Homewood Suites that day, a vehicle door lock was reported damaged overnight.
On July 24, luggage containing two laptops was stolen during a vehicle break-in at the parking garage.
