Stolen Jeep Returned to Richmond Heights Owner
The vehicle theft happened this month on Dale Avenue, a Richmond Heights Police Department official said.
A car stolen from has been returned to its owner, police said last week.
The 2000 Jeep Cherokee was reported stolen April 10. Its owner came outside and found it missing from where it had been parked on the street in the 7300 block of Dale Avenue, Sgt. Doug Schaeffler of the said. The theft happened overnight.
Police recovered the vehicle the following week in north St. Louis city and returned it to the owner, Schaeffler said.
No suspects were in custody in the case as of Friday morning. An investigation was ongoing.
