Stalking Charge Filed Against Richmond Heights Man

William R. Woods is suspected of having used a GPS tracking device to follow the whereabouts of his estranged wife, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

A man is suspected of having used a GPS tracking device to keep tabs on his estranged wife, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

Quoting from the Post-Dispatch article:

"(William R.) Woods, according to charges, admitted to police that he bought a GPS tracking device and placed it on his estranged wife's vehicle sometime in April or May."
