Sister Siphons Funds from Bank Account, Sibling Claims
The Richmond Heights Police Department recently received the report.
A woman recently told the that she had been duped by her sister.
It happened May 25. The resident of West Park Avenue told police her sister has been stealing money systematically from her bank account.
She also said the sister stole a check from her and then forged her name.
