Richmond Heights Police Blotter: Mom Seeks Prosecution of Teenage Son Over Credit-Card Purchases

  • A victim reported that her mountain bike was stolen from locked storage in the 7300 block of Wise Avenue. The lock had been cut.

Feb. 24

  • A 44-year-old female was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Macy's. She was being held pending a review of the case by the city's prosecutor.
  • A 28-year-old male employee , 6600 Clayton Rd., was arrested in connection with 12 outstanding warrants. Police said they found narcotics in the suspect's pocket after his arrest. The suspect was turned over to another agency that had been seeking to arrest him. An investigation into the narcotics was ongoing.
  • A victim reported that license plates were stolen from her vehicle, which had been parked in a parking lot at the Galleria while she shopped.
  • A 28-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana as police investigated a parked car that had expired license plates in a parking lot at the Galleria. Police said they observed the man smoking marijuana inside and found additional marijuana elsewhere in the vehicle. He was released pending further investigation.

  • A 42-year-old male was being held on suspicion of domestic assault after his girlfriend reported that he had become violent en route to an alcohol rehabilitation center. She stopped in a parking lot at the Galleria and contacted the police. He was being held pending a review of the case by the city's prosecutor.
  • A 26-year-old female was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Schnucks. She received a summons and was released.

  • A 36-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated as police investigated an accident in the 1000 block of Big Bend Boulevard. He was being held pending a review of the case by the city's prosecutor.
  • A 26-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault after his girlfriend reported being assaulted. She told police the man got angry after she returned home from a night out. The suspect was being held pending a review of the case by the city's prosecutor.
  • A 13-year-old female was arrested on suspicion of stealing , 2073 Saint Louis Galleria. Police released her to her mother.
  • A 23-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. It happened during a traffic stop at Highway 40 and Bellevue Avenue.
