RH Police: Money Stolen from Register at Einstein's

Saturday, July 6

  • A letter carrier discovered the door of Red Rock Communications forced open. Investigation revealed that $980 was missing from the cash lockbox in one of the owner’s desk.
  • Officers responded to Macy’s where security detained a juvenile for stealing $110.50 in merchandise. The subject was arrested and later conveyed to the St. Louis County Juvenile Detention Center.
Monday, July 8
  • Store manager of Einstein's Bagels reported that one subject distracted him while another stole money from the open cash register. A search of the area located one of the suspects. Investigation is ongoing.
  • Officers responded to EJ’s shoes where two subjects had just stole $100 in merchandise and left the area in a white SUV. A responding officer located the SUV, curbed it, arrested the occupants and recovered the merchandise. The arrested subjects were held pending a municipal warrant application.
