RH Police: Cursing, Slapping Disturbances at St. Louis Galleria

The following information was supplied by the Richmond Heights Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, June 19

  • Officers responded to the Galleria where security detained a subject for possessing a purse lined with aluminum foil. The subject provided a false identity and it was later discovered that she was previously banned from mall property for a prior arrest. The subject was arrested and held on a municipal warrant application.
  • Officers responded to the Zagg kiosk at the St. Louis Galleria where two females engaged in a verbal argument resulting in one female slapping the other in the face. The subject committing the assault was arrested and later released on a summons.
Wednesday, June 20
  • Officers responded to the St. Louis Galleria where security detained two subjects for causing a disturbance by cursing repeatedly after being asked to stop. The subjects were arrested and later released on summonses.
  • Officers responded to Macy’s where security detained three females for stealing $700.49 in merchandise. The three subjects were arrested and later released on summonses.
  • Victim stated that upon returning to his residence he discovered the rear door to his home damaged and open. Victim further stated that all of his dresser drawers were open and rummaged through with $100 missing.
  • Victim reported that both license plates were stolen from his vehicle while parked in the SSM St. Mary’s parking garage.
Thursday, June 21
  • Officers responded to the St. Louis Galleria where security had detained a subject known to have been previously banned. The subject was arrested and held on a municipal warrant application.
Friday, June 22
  • Officers responded to Sephora where security had detained a subject for stealing $195 in merchandise. The subject was arrested and held on a municipal warrant application.
