Police: Robbery Reported at Truman Bank in Clayton

It happened Wednesday afternoon.

A suspect is wanted in connection with the Wednesday afternoon robbery of , the stated in a news release.

The incident happened at about 1:20 p.m.  in the 8100 block of Clayton Road. The suspect gave a note demanding money to a teller, who turned over an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect then left. He did not indicate he had a weapon.

The suspect is described as a white male between the ages of 35 and 40 years old. He stands 6 feet 4 inches tall, has a medium build and is clean-shaven. He wore a white sweatshirt, blue jeans, a red baseball cap and sunglasses.

This incident appears to be isolated, Community Services Officer Korey Golcynski said.
