Police: Martial Arts Moves Performed in Roadway

It happened last week and resulted in a hospital visit, the Richmond Heights Police Department reported.

A man drew the attention of the this week after they said he performed martial arts moves on one of the city's major roads.

It happened Monday in the 1000 block of Bellevue Avenue, the department reported in its crime blotter.

Officials initially thought they were responding to a case of disorderly conduct. They quickly determined the man needed psychiatric attention, the blotter states, and he was taken to a St. Louis-area hospital for treatment.
