Police: Handgun Stolen from Hawthorne Place Apartment
The perpetrator also took ammunition and a holster.
A perpetrator made off with a handgun and other items during a recent theft, the Richmond Heights Police Department stated.
Police received the report Sept. 18. A handgun, ammunition and a gun holster collectively valued at more than $500 were stolen from the apartment, located in the 1300 block of Hawthorne Place.
The victim said the theft probably occurred while prospective tenants toured the apartment as she was moving out.
