Police: Girlfriend Assaulted in Moving Vehicle
It happened on Highway 40, Richmond Heights officials said.
A 19-year-old man was arrested June 9 on suspicion of assaulting his girlfriend as she drove west on Highway 40 at McCutcheon Road. That's according to information provided in the crime log.
A witness said the man hit his girlfriend repeatedly and grabbed the steering wheel.
The girlfriend then lost control of the vehicle, which hit a concrete median.
