Homeless Man Charged with Exposing Himself to Woman

The woman was in front of her home in Clayton at the time of the incident, police said.

A homeless man was charged Tuesday with second-degree sexual misconduct in Clayton. The crime is a class B misdemeanor.

Brian Sam, 35, is suspected of having approached a woman Tuesday with his genitals exposed, according to a report from the . The woman was standing in her front yard.

Sam gave officers false information regarding his identity and is homeless, police stated in the report.
