Clayton Police Blotter: Vehicle Theft Thwarted

The Clayton Police Department reported the following incidents on its website.

Sept. 1

• A bicycle was reported stolen from an open garage on Wydown Terrace.

• Two people were arrested on suspicion of trying to steal a vehicle and possession of burglary tools in the 500 block of South Brentwood Boulevard.

Sept. 3

• Damage to a window was reported in the 7400 block of Wydown Boulevard.

• License plates were reported stolen from a vehicle on Founders Way.
