Suspected Gun Thief Headed to Court This Week

Richmond Heights resident Christopher Badalamenti is suspected of having worked with Julia Brundage to steal weapons and other items from a home on Hoover Avenue, police said.

A man who faces three charges of stealing guns from a Hoover Avenue home in Richmond Heights is expected to appear in court Tuesday.

Christopher Badalamenti also faces one charge of second-degree burglary and and one charge of stealing. The Richmond Heights resident is . The two also admitted to burglaries of multiple other city residences, a report states.

The preliminary hearing for Badalamenti is planned for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Division 38 of before Judge Lawrence J. Permuter, the website Missouri Case.net states. He will be represented by public defender Teresa Marie Coyle.

A criminal setting for Brundage is scheduled Aug. 28.
