The Heat Is NOT Over

Summer Heat Cold face towel Frozen bottled water

I can not wait wait until December...OMG!! I mean sometimes it can be hard to stay cool in 100 degree PLUS weather when you have business to handle that REQUIRES that you come outside.

Myself, and many others travel by public transportation, and I think I speak for me and everyone else when I say standing on the train and bus stops in this heat can make anyone ALMOST (understand I said "ALMOST") call into their job or school and say, " I quit" or "I'll see you in the fall or winter". Unfortunately we can't do that because we all have real life responsibilities and things that need to get done, so I came up with a solution to stay cool for those persons using public transportion.

The solution to stay cool on the train and bus stops goes like this: put one bottle of water and a face towel in the freezer the night before you have to get out in the heat, this way it will be nice, cold, and FROZE; the next moning when you wake up put another bottle of water in the freezer but make sure this is done 30 minutes to an hour before you have to leave because this is the water that you will actually drink on the way to those stops; when you are ready to leave out of the house, wrap the COMPLETELY frozen bottled water inside the cold face towel ( like a pig in a blanket), this will keep the water and towel cool at the SAME TIME. Now I know my readers will read this and want to know, "well what should we do with face towel besides wrap it around the frozen bottled water?" The answer is.....when you start to sweat, take the towel from around the water and blot your face and TRUST me when I say you will INSTANTLY cool down because the towel will be cold from being in the freezer overnight and having the frozen water bottle wrapped up in it!!!
