The New In and Out Market Opens for Business

The most anticipated re-opening in recent memory happened quietly last Friday: the New In and Out Market.

Chris and Maggie, owners and residents, painting walls (sage green), laying a new shiny floor, and installing lighting. The number of wash basins under new health rules almost caused the project to "sink". All hurdles have been cleared, the Grand Opening is "on", and more improvements are already being planned!

Jason, manager, said: "We are a neighborhood store with a new look, new ownership, and great customer service".

He went on to say that a new awning will be installed over the large plate glass windows next week. Companion Baking breakfast products will be added to the Bar (the barrista is there from opening til 1:00p.m. daily). The freezer is stocked with Haagen-Dazs ice cream products. Soon the Coffee Bar will be making Natural Fruit Smoothies.

Chris, one of the owners, said that he is new to the Green Movement and is exploring the addition of organic grocery products. He added that 70% of beer sales since opening have been "craft beers".

The New In and Out has grocery products, beer and liquor, and cigarettes for sale. There is a lottery machine in the corner so you can pick your winning numbers whenever the jackpot grows to your desired number.
