The "New" In and Out Gets Better!
Improvements by Mom and Pop businesses fuel the local economy.
Small businesses are the engine for a healthy economy. "Mom and Pop" stores, restaurants, and services circulate your dollars and impact the local economy more than "big box" companies. The "New" In and Out Market is one such small business and it is improving!
This week the owners added another renovation: outside lighting. They hired Steve of Pallardy Electric Co. to install fluorescent and L.E.D. lights behind the awnings. Now, as you drive by at night, the facade will look less like Edward Hopper's, "Nighthawks". The front will be well lit and it will be easy to tell when the store is open.
Steve, originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., recently moved here, married a local girl, and is putting down "roots". His light installation job at the New In and Out Market is an example of a Mom and Pop business improving their street-scape, hiring local, and injecting capital into the local economy.

We hope you enjoy Steve's work as you support the New In and Out Market this weekend for your Memorial Holiday needs: liquor, ice, and barbecue supplies. With summer and "bug season" fast approaching, we expect to see Steve back soon changing out those white fluorescent bulbs for the non-bug-friendly yellow ones. See you at the New In and Out Market!
